Every year thousands of devotees visit here to take blessings from the goddess. The temple stands at a height of 5,200 feet in a cave perched on the Trikuta mountains. The temple can be visited throughout the year but extra care needs to be taken during the winters.

Raghunath Temple
Raghunath Temple is dedicated to Lord Rama. Its foundation was laid by King Gulab Singh and his son Ranbir Singh in the year 1835. The beautifully carved columns of the temple look charming. The temple is surrounded by several other temples dedicated to different Hindu gods.

Sudh Mahadv Temple

Sudh Mahadv Temple is located near Patnitop in the state of Kashmir. Devoted to lord Shiva, the temple draws maximum visitors during the Asad Purnima Fair, celebrated every year at the temple.

Amarnath Temple
Held in high regard by the Hindus, the Amarnath Temple is ideally located in the beautiful and lofty Himalayas. It is believed that it is here that Lord Shiva revealed the secret of creation to goddess Parvati. Located in caves, the temple is believed to be 5,000 years old. An interesting fact about the temple is that every year a huge ice lingam is formed in the Amarnath cave symbolizing Lord Shiva.

Kheer Bhawani Temple
Built in honor of the goddess Maharagya Devi, Kheer Bhawani Temple is located 14 miles from the city of Srinagar.

Bawey Wali Mata Temple
A famous pilgrimage center, Bawey Wali Mata Temple is located in Bahu Fort in the city of Jammu. The temple is devoted to goddess Mahakali.
